Greetings!
I am pleased to welcome you to my website. My name is Timothy, and I am a Christian who is committed to Jesus and His Congregation, and an apologist for the biblical Christian faith.
Understanding the times and knowing what to do, giving a reasoned defense of the Christian worldview has never been more necessary than it is today in our post-modern, morally-deprived, anti-intellectual, emotions-driven world.
Right now, the world is setting up many golden idols before Christians and demanding that we bow down to them. We need to stand firm and contend earnestly for the faith that was delivered once for all the saints, remembering that our fight is not against flesh and blood. There is heavy spiritual warfare taking place all around the world at this very moment, as I am sure you have witnessed. We live in unprecedented times.
Even if everything should suddenly take a turn for the worse and Christians become targeted and persecuted on a scale we have never seen before, especially here in North America, our lives should reflect the faith and actions of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: "Our God, whom we serve, is able to deliver us from out of your hand. But even if He does not, let it be known that we are not going to serve your gods or worship the golden idols that you have set up."
These three young men were willing to surrender their lives in order to stand on their principles and by their faith. "Whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel's will save it." Are we willing to do as much?
"You can resolve to live your life with integrity. Let your credo be this:
Let the lie come into the world, let it even triumph. But not through me."
—Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
"The simple step of a courageous individual is not to take
part in the lie. One word of truth outweighs the [whole] world."
—Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
May the Lord bless you and keep you, make His face shine on you and be gracious to you, and lift up His countenance on you and give you peace, as you walk in a manner that is worthy of the Lord, the Gospel, and your calling.
