The Bible was intended to be read—not merely referenced. The biblical authors did not write their books and letters with the inclusion of distracting chapters and verses. While they can be helpful in some ways, more frequently than not they get in the way of observing the natural flow and structure of the Scriptures as conveyed by the authors through their writings. A reading Bible allows the reader to read God's Word as it was originally intended, and to experience the Bible in a new and completely different way.
ABIDE: The Origins contains the first five books of the Bible, known as the 'Torah' or the 'Pentateuch,' which describe the beginnings of creation, sin, and the nation of Israel.
