Red Pilling Mormons

Red Pilling Mormons"If you continue in My word . . . you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free. -Jesus (John 8:32)

Are Mormons Christian? Was Joseph Smith a prophet of God? Is the Book of Mormon God's holy word? What is the truth concerning this fast-growing religion?

The term "red pill" is derived from the 1999 science fiction movie, The Matrix, where Neo, played by Keanu Reeves, is presented with a choice: "You take the blue pill, the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes." The red pill represents knowledge, freedom, and the brutal truth of reality, whereas the blue pill represents falsehood and blissful ignorance.

Mormons would have us believe that with one vision to a 14-year-old boy, God wiped out 18 centuries of historical Christianity. Timothy Klaver uses The Book of Mormon as a red-pilling tool in order to witness to Mormons and convert them to a true and living faith in the one and only Saviour of the Bible, Christ Jesus. Make no mistake about it, the Jesus of Mormonism and the Jesus of the Bible are two very different and unrelated individuals.
